You can delete your RUMobile account and the data linked to it at any time. RUMobile is made by Bunno Studio.
Delete it in the app
- Open RUMobile and sign in.
- Go to More → Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Enter your password to confirm.
Your account is deleted right away, and you are signed out.
Ask us to delete it
If you no longer have the app, or can't sign in:
- Email support@ibunno.com from the email address you used for your RUMobile account.
- Use the subject "Delete my account".
We may ask you to confirm that you control that email address before we act. We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- your sign-in account and email address
- your profile and public profile, including your photo, name, class year, campus, major, gender, bio and tags
- your Rutgers Global messages
- the list of people you blocked
- your account status records
What we keep, and for how long
- Reports and moderation records, including reports filed about you and reports you filed, as long as reasonably necessary for safety, enforcement and legal purposes.
- Backups and logs, for a limited period before they are overwritten.
- Analytics data, which is not linked to your account, according to our analytics provider's retention settings.
Saved classes, favorite bus stops and settings live only on your phone. Uninstalling RUMobile removes them.
